Diet Connection

A twelve-week program developed to help you connect your Mind and Body. Five stages that help you transition to the better you! These are the stepping stones to the transition to a healthier and happier you. This is NOT a diet, but rather the path to a journey to achieve a BETTER YOU!

Adults Exercise Program

Individual or group plans developed to help you achieve your health, physique, and fitness goals through:

  • Body sculpting
  • Cardio endurance and stamina
  • Circuit/interval training

Children’s Exercise Program

Fun activities and exercises to teach children the importance of physical activity, and how to make movement a part of their lives. Casey, our Certified children’s Trainer, has the most creative and exciting strategies to help get your kids moving! She specializes in children’s fitness and will help your kids feel strong, healthy, and confident. Individual or in groups, but always geared toward your kid’s needs.

Children’s Nutrition Programs & Workshops

We guide them in creating healthy eating habits and stress the importance of listening to our bodies. Most importantly, we generate a judgment free zone, allowing the children to explore different foods, while incorporating fruits and vegetables in a fun and exciting way! We strive to bring out the best in our children while teaching them in a didactic and interactive way to make healthier, better, and more mindful choices. FUN is the key to our success!

Diabetes Prevention

With Diabetes being one of the top leading causes for heart disease and in many cases death, our prevention program is developed to assess patients in order to find and treat those who are at higher risks for developing this otherwise silent disease.

Plant Base Nutrition

Emphasizing fresh, whole ingredients and minimizing processed foods have shown to offer superior results for overall wellness. This is not a diet, but rather a lifestyle that focuses on going back to basics and incorporating foods the way nature intended them to be. This is not a vegan or vegetarian diet, but rather a transition to a healthier way of life which pays attention to the quality of food. Our principles include:

  • Limiting animal products (or avoiding them if that is your choice)
  • Focusing on plants including vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, seeds, and nuts, which should make up the majority of what you eat.
  • Excluding refined foods, like added sugars, white flour, and processed oils.
  • Clean eating that focuses on nature.

Healthy Gut Healthy Life

With Gut health being such an essential component of our overall health, this program is developed to restore the Gut microbiome to let your good bacteria do its job correctly. Improved Gut health is linked to every aspect of our life including immunity, allergies, metabolism, mood, and digestive health. A healthy gut plays a crucial role in decreasing inflammation, protecting from foreign invaders, preventive diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and certain cancers, as well as helping with weight loss.
